Writing
I write to find out what I don't know yet.
Read on Substack → untemplated thoughts - on wildness and wonder. →
- I do the part of us that needs someone or something - more than we want to.
- Love the irrational there’s a truth in the irrational - that forgets what makes sense and remembers what it loves
- Begin again did your thoughts fall out of your head?
- Spring collection i just wish, it would last a little longer
- Urgency nothing could be more important
- March of Spring a rallying call from sirens and birdsong

I like to build things in science, business and AI.
Working on what AI can do for new medicines. I co-founded a company to speed up drug development (still in stealth) and lead AI and strategy at de novo foundry (Novo Holdings).

Words for living

Living in motion
-
A lifelong athlete (aspiration). My childhood and youth was on the water: raced on the Olympic Team Denmark sailing squad, with a Youth Worlds bronze; now the longer kind of endurance sports. I think and thrive better in motion.
-
On thinking in motion
Where the ideas arrive: a bike ride, a long run, rarely the desk.
-
Endurance and ultra-running
Running 100k ultras, suffering on beautiful mountain trails, and having fun. a few years ago →
Triathlon, a few ironmans. some more years ago →
Two wheels, on roads, trails and mountains.
Life long projects
-
A friendship with silence
Zen practice. Simple, and difficult. Studying under Anshi Zachary Smith.
-
Wilderness and wonder
The natural world. Wilderness and sometimes solitude as a teacher.
-
Norway
Norway viscerally pulls at me: the fjords, the fjell, the people. I go as often as I can. I dream of building a small wooden cabin in the mountains.
-
Growing the land
Keeping a piece of land well. Until then, WWOOFing with the family.
